One of the Founding Members of our parent company DMS Global Media, Inc. is issuing the following disclosure statememt. For over seven years, Michael Osborn has been in a civil legal battle with George A. Sharp, as a result of a service agreement with Victory Capital. Because of Mr. Sharp, in July 2009 Mr. Osborn was charged (09NF2293) and subsequently in 2010 after Mr. Osborn vigorously fought the matter at trial, was found guilty of 2 ct. of 487(d)(1)PC and 2 ct. of 532(a)PC and 2ct. of 476a(a) PC and served 13 months in a California State Detention Facility. He was release early for good behavior under the terms of non-revocable parole. Mr. Osborn’s case was under appeal but the court determined there was not sufficient evidence to re-try his case and as of now, the conviction still stands. None of that charges against Mr. Osborn are related to securities fraud nor a failure to supervise.
